Just change the channel/frequency setting on your remote and it should solve the problem. Most people run their remotes on the factory set channel/frequency and never change it. Therefore you have many units running on the same frequency. Change it up, pick a random channel and you should be good to go.
I was a mile and a half off the road on the other side of a "Pass" that you had to hike over. I set up near a creek and started calling. Twenty or thirty minutes later I heard what sounded like a fawn bleat back toward the hillside. I waited a bit, then called back toward it. It responded. I called twice. It called twice. I called three times, it called three times. I promptly pulled the orange out of my pack and put it in. Didn't year another call all night.
