Do a search on the WDFW website, they usually do a day or two before Thanksgiving. Probably Fishtrap lake got some.

Releases will take place for the
youth seasons on most of the
sites in late September. We do
not provide other release dates
because we want to minimize
crowding at the release sites and to
promote the highest hunter ethics
possible.

I know what usually happens. I was at Gloyd Seeps. No Birds. The company that delivers birds to the WDFW failed to show the day before thanksgiving . Their truck broke down. I assumed that they must have had to take the birds back as WDFW wasn't working on T-Day and the birds needed to get out of the cage to be fed and watered.
