Found this in Wyoming this year on my deer hunt. It looks to be a couple years on the ground. Sure wish I would have found him alive!

No kidding...that is a big shed! How did the hunt go other than the shed?
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!

Not great. It seemed like a real odd year as far as deer movement and numbers. We went the same time of year and the weather was basically the same, but we just didn't see the bucks we normally do. There were a pack of wolves that took up shop in our drainage this year. I know they've been there for years and years, but this year they were RIGHT there. Over the hunt I saw them on three different days. I hope they move drainages next year. I know they had something to do with it, maybe not all, but they sure didn't help. We all (6) tagged out on small bucks. I shot one on the last day.
