Hunter with young Kids.
« on: December 02, 2013, 07:14:21 PM »
If any of you are interested in getting your 5 to 7 year old out for fun and possible game give me a PM. Or if any of you old timers have a great blind somewhere that you can show the  kids some magic, let me know. My kids can do about 5 miles of logging roads with energy to spare. They are on there 6 hunt and handle a bb gun with care.

In the picture is our hunt the day after Thanksgiving in a local forest for grouse. We flushed two grouse and got three shots off but no dice. Had a great turkey sandwich picnic and fun in the woods. I would not give these hunts for nothing.

My kids are 5 and 6 and full of energy. They love carrying their red rider on hunts and shooting empty cans and leaves for fun on hunts.

Me I am 42 and more concerned about showing the kids a fun time and how great a day in the woods is. I love to bird hunt and will just about go on anywhere to  hunt with a responsible hunter. We have no bird dog. But we cant wait until we can devote enough time to the great sport bird hunting and learn more about Big Game

PM me with contact info and we will go from there. I can wait for my kids to get some hunting buddies and me too.
