It is hard to tell if the individual does represent the State. But to me this would be all the more reason to have the State look into this so they may ensure the State is not being falsely represented by an outside entity.

This is clearly not a WDFW-affiliated group. In fact, they say so on their page. They are a "watchdog" type group, focused on watching the actions of WDFW.

Hunter should read into this the real message.  Hunters need to write the commission in support of delisting!  A few hundred or maybe several thousand, polite straight to the point letters of support has way more sway then a letter from a special interest group.  As much as many despise the WDFW and the USFW it is their scientists who work for the public not scientists employed by special interest groups who have proposed and support the delisting.

Everyone needs to report the harrasment to facebook, they can ban those that are advocating to kill hunters.

Good call! I took a screenshot in case some jackwagon decides to harass hunters they will know who to question first.

My understanding of it is that it is not someone from the WDFW's department. It's a "Watch" group of whackos similar to the Sea Sheperds.

I believe the OP should copy and send these FB post to DFW leadership and maybe even the State AG so they can look into the WDFW poster (I say the AG because in my view this abuse of the office). I have never seen where a government agency representative would be allowed to use such condescending and insulting language in such a discussion. Absolutely appalling and very telling of the potential usurphing of DFW and their duties if this individual truly represents WA DFW.

Personally think it's funny that I got attacked. All I said was that how can 72% of the state want them when I know I did not get a vote.  Then the attacks started especially after I posted the pic of the wolves and moose.  Any body that wants to copy those and send them you have my permission.  Wouldn't know where to start.  Just amazes me how defensive and threatening they are behind a computer.

It is not hard for me to tell it is not the state. It is a group who assembled themselves to "Watch" what the WDFW is doing. A watch group. So they complain about everything WDFW does that is not in line with their idea of what is right in their minds. Just like a lot of folks here but on the other side of the fence.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
