Actually that bull tastes real good! That little forky was 150 on the hoof and 115 dressed. Its about half the size body wise as the bucks I usually shoot  :)

Yeah, I am trying to research what seasoning I want to use on mine.  I think I will take his marinating it in Coke idea and try that.    :)  In the old days the tags were a bit more substantial and chewy.  They are cut pretty thin now.

Still chewy though. Remember to cut with the grain not against it. :chuckle: Also a little rum in that coke marinade will make it go down easier. :rolleyes:
