There are opportunities out there.
« on: December 19, 2013, 08:18:39 AM »
It takes a hardy soul to tackle Mother Nature during this time of the year. If you are up for it there are plenty of opportunities out there. If you are up for some fishing then check out our fishing reports page. There are razor clams on the coast, steel head in the rivers, salmon in the salt and freshwater species in the lakes. Bundle up and go get some fresh air.

Have fun out there and be safe. I'm hoping to get out on Saturday.

I figure fishing in the snow cant be all different from scuba diving in the snow :chuckle:  After all back in maine scallop diving season is from December to April.   Kinda funny when you see people at the gas station filling up their snowmobiles and your heading to the coast in a snow storm towing a boat.   Some of the look you get.   But man those Maine scallops were worth it!! :IBCOOL: :IBCOOL:  Try scuba diving in a wet suit in 5 degree weather...
