2014 Crab Season

I have a question about Washington Crab opener for 2014...in the area I have crabbed recently (Hood Canal) season opened on July 1, and season is closed tues/wed. each week thru labor day.  What is the most likely scenario for 2014 given July 1 is a tuesday?

I would say that it will open the next legal fishing day. so on thursday!
