First Coyote Down
« on: January 04, 2014, 02:13:26 PM »
After having had a couple blown sets due to being winded I was finally able to make it work last evening. Had this female come in to a chicken in distress on the Foxpro.  She came in under 10 min.  About a 30yd shot with my AR then the fun began.  She was at the edge of the woods and only made it about 15yds into the woods.  Took about an hour to find her in the dark.  She tucked up under some big ferns.  A buddy and I had been walking all over in the area and not seeing it and we were finally able to spot a blood trail right to her.

Shooting coyotes on my deck is the best, no travel involved.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

Good job!  Those little buggers are tough.  Like a Timex Watch--They take a licking and keep on ticking!  Most of the time they need to be "double-tapped"!
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"
