when is multi season due. do you need to pay to submit, this is my first year doing it so i dont know?

I believe the applications are due ~~pretty soon~~ March 31st ...

Step 1) buy license

Step 2) buy application

Step 3) submit application

You don't have to buy a license. All you do is purchase the application

Its a pain if you buy your deer tag because you will have to exchange it for a multi season tag if you get drawn.
