To most the may not care. But there a big Cali firm that came in and bought up some establishments and as much as they could. There hidden goals in buying these establishments were trying to keep the Natives of Tahola areas out of PB so it had that non wild feeling. Yuppies scared to socialize with the natives.
Not sure I understand the logic. California investors bought up the land, that anyone with the money could have, in order to not socialize with the Tahola natives, who I believe wont let non-natives even on their beaches. Not that I necessarily like all aspects of the immigration from California, but I must be missing something here. Do the Tribes only like the California dollars when they show up at the casino? Is it just me that's confused?

You can go into Tahola and get a day beach permit if you want.

Negative.
I tried. They dissolved that policy in 2012.

Well Ill just say it then. They bought the PB tavern then closed it to keep the indulging natives out.

Really? That's why you don't like Seabrook?

One of the reasons for sure, and Yuppies too. I can say, believe and do anything I want. I dont really care what you think.

Idea! Go get a permit and take the kids over the Grenville rock at the end of the beach at low tide. Amazing tide pools and beach.

Dont park all the way down on the peagravel. Your car will be on its way to China when you get back. Park on the sand before the end and walk the rest.

Wow, I did not know they got rid of the permits. Probably to keep the Yuppies out. Lol

Good enough, then.
Those "indulging natives" you mentioned should thank the Seabrook folks for helping keep themselves out of the bar.
