Anybody that has a Hancock permit, don't get your hopes up for the Elk permit drawing yet. I asked the office last week about it, (they were supposed to draw for it by April 1), and she told me they probably won't draw till May. I think they are trying to sell all the permits before they do the drawing.

Hancock is a landowner not an area. Hancock owns land all over the country and all over the world.

I assume you are talking about Kapowsin?

At least they put a deadline on getting in the drawing, it's April 31st.  That elk drawing is their biggest incentive to buy the pass.
