Goat gmu?
« on: April 14, 2014, 01:27:12 AM »
I'm a disabled hunter and cant get very far from roads. I'm curious if there's any goat gmus where I would have a chance at killing a goat if I drew a tag? I have never put in for goat tags and would like to if there's any areas I would have a chance at getting one. Thanks

Your odds of drawing in Washingtom are astronomical. If you only have a few points the odds are probably in the neighborhood of 1 in 10000.

They do live in steep country. I suspect an outfitter could get you relatively close.

If you can afford to go, I can point you an awesome late season goat hunt in SE AK that you don't need to to be physically fit to do.
