Ling thoughts
« on: April 25, 2014, 10:06:46 PM »

So my question is ,are there any decent places around Tacoma, vashon , narrows .vicinity that a first time linger might have some luck
Thanks in advance

Narrows Bridge and Marina breakwater are usual spots. 20 fathom rule will be in effect.

You can view the nautical charts online free if that helps you.

Here is the south sound, zoom in.

Is live bait legal?
Yes if it is a legal fish species, and native to the water, or something like that :chuckle: Someone else will clear this up, but short answer, yes.

Jigging Herring is the fastest, best bait. You cant find Greenling around here. Mouth of Gig Harbor is good Herring jigging. ;)
