open or conceal carry in idaho

I was wondering if I can conceal or open carry with a Washington permit and can we carry a side arm while bowhunting? I checked the regs and couldn't find anything!

The Washington conceal pistol license in honored by Idaho.  But the Idaho is not honored by Washington.

If you are hunting you do not need a CCP.  Also Washington does in fact recognize the ID permits, but ONLY the enhanced version of their permit.
