Rad,
You've helped enough people out on this forum and I'm sure elsewhere as well. I see good karma coming your way; especially after the game dept singled you out as one of the few not to draw a multi-season deer.  :chuckle:

Well, there were over 4000 putting in last year. But only a thousand for quality.
I guess we will have to advertise peaches ridge and get the apps to 2000 this year.
And only 1000 for EM. Looks like you should have no trouble drawing.
You did say you had 10 or 15 points, did you not?

That's what I keep telling myself every year as I empty my wallet at the license counter.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

:chuckle:. all this thread has done is tell me NOT to put in for peaches :chuckle:
There are four choices for Bull and two for quality. If you only put in for less than is allowed, then you are hurting your chances. I always put in for all choices I am allowed. Moose was my 3rd choice. Sheep my 2nd choice and Toutle was my 4th choice. Entiat deer was my 3rd choice.

Threw my hat in the ring for a ML permit, choice no: 2. Figured I better, this may be my last year of resident hunting in WA.

You're right. For buck deer I only put one in cause the other choices I don't want. No reason to put into an area I know absolutely nothing about. I'd rather leave those units to hunters that actually know how to hunt the areas.

I put my nephew in for peaches ridge. He's got 2 points so maybe he'll get lucky. He's a pretty lucky kid. I put him in for Moose and big horn too. Good time to start building points for him. A question about that though. All the youth selections for moose are cow only. So if a kid were to get drawn for a cow moose tag is that his once in a lifetime Washington moose? I just put him in for the normal moose selection. If he's ever drawn I'd like him to be able to go for a good bull.
