Ribs turned out pretty good. Smoked them at 225

Gotta love the masterbuilt
You must have a different model than mine. I can't fit whole slabs in I have to cut them in half

How is it for holding temp and temp adjustability? I am tired of having to cut my racks up as well, and my smoker has been tempermental holding temps.
