I sent a Winchester model 70 in for repair in late February, To make a very long story short, I eventually found out they couldn't fix my rifle but they would replace it. What a very complicated procedure. I have had to call them close to twenty times for updates and every time I call they are rude and unhelpful. They requested my email address, but refuse to email me any progress. I finally just uncorked on a guy the other day and he told me he understood, he said he was embarrassed to work for the company, he said he has worked there for 12 years and has noticed the customer service decline. Hopefully I will have my new rifle this week.
