Cascade River Fishing

Anyone been fishing the cascade river lately? Thinking about heading up there but just checked the water flow and it seems high. Its around 3,200 and rising. Any advice and I would be great. Thanks and tight lines!

2nd hand info here…. I've heard it's high and fast and fishing pretty slow.
