king co pistol gunsmith?

i think i want to do a little gunsmithing on my sig p229 on the trigger, slide, and loading ramp. ive been having a problem with the rounds loading from the magazine to the chamber. seems like the last couple rounds get jammed in the ejection port when the slide comes back. anyone know a good gunsmith in the greater king co area that is good with semi auto pistols?  what are some good upgrades to do? trigger job or slide? any idea on cost for this kind of stuff? i love my gun and it is very accurate just want to smooth things out a bit.

I'll bite.....

Try a Fiber optic front.  That's all I use.   I don't know if Warren Sevigny makes Sig rear sights but I like W/S rear sights. 

I also like a skinny front, it gives you much more feedback then a front post that takes up nearly the entire rear notch.

Slide cuts lessen the reciprocating mass to the rear during recoil.  If done correctly (with a reduced recoil spring) it will also lesson the front sight dipping below the rear during recoil when you are trying to bring the front sight back down.  When I shoot a perfectly timed pistol (for me) the front sight lifts out of the rear, goes up and then comes right back down into the rear perfectly all in about .12 seconds or so.  Timing can be effected by slide cuts (both taking off weight and where it is taken off) and reduced recoil springs.
