What size do you like for elk? 250grain or 300grain sabots?

I use 325 lever revaluation in a sabot. It seems to do the job on elk and deer just fine.

As suggested the 275 Bloodline is an excellent bullet - one of the best all-around do everything bullets... But for my self I do use the 300 grain 99% of the time mostly for the extra energy that it carries with it. Especially on a bad bull!

I use 300 (SST) or 295 (TMZ). Thought about lighter for deer, but don't want to remember 2 trajectories.
My Zero is 200 yds

Whatever shoots best from your gun. I use 250gr. T/c bonded shockwaves for deer and elk.

Use both the 275 or the 300 myslef as well ether one dose fine in my54 cal Remington. so it really comes down to what works best in your rifle and what you want to shoot

I use the cheap knight 300 grain lead sabots and have killed a dozen bulls with them.I have tried all different bullets weights ect but my bighorn likes them.Shoot whatever your gun likes and you be fine.

I was shooting 300grain SST. They shot pretty good . Trying out some new 300 grain SST low drag sabots. Putting on a Williams peep site on to. See if that improves things a little bit more.
