winch bumper for dodge 1500 question

i want a winch bumper for 04 1500 but want to keep the factory fog lights, any suggestions? do i put one of the tow package hitches on the front then winch holder in that, i worry about thieves.

Depends on type of bumper your looking for. Last vehicle I had factory bumper but steel brush guard across the front and was still able to keep factory fog lights. This year looking into iron cross with wench set-up for my dodge 1500.
