Garmin Rino 610 Map Help

I am finally getting around to putting Topo on my Rino 610 and am running into problems. When I plug my Rino into the computer an run the disc, it will not find the device and says a software update may be required. I am trying to load the Garmin Mapsource TOPO on it.....

Any Ideas?
