Very good eats is right ripper. She's a little tough but great flavor. Everyone always told me bear was nasty. Boy where they wrong!

Wish I could have weighed her radsav. She was tough to roll over my self. I'm 6'1" and 265lbs. I'm thinking she was close to 300. We raise and butcher alot of hogs. My brother figured she was 170-180 hanging weight.
I'm still stoked over that hunt
