Hope you like them! I kind of buck the trend here. I had a set each for my son and I. I put mine on last year and during target shooting I thought Wow! These are great. But when I got into elk in the timber I had to pass up shots at least 3 times. I had groups of elk pretty close together. I would see a cow, (had a cow tag) pull up on it. then couldnt be sure I was on the right 1 because the aperture blocked too much surrounding area. There were a few bulls in the herds and I just couldnt take a chance. It was extremely frustrating. I was looking at the sight picture. Then trying to peak around the aperture to make sure I was on the right elk. I pulled the peeps off and went back to fiber optic. They have worked well for me and I have killed about a dozen bulls using them. I will be using fiber optics on my Dayton muzzy bull hunt and have full confidence in them.

That said, in open areas, and where you dont have animals grouped to ether I bet they are awesome. Just not for me!

Big J's Outdoor Store in Orting has the FP Legend in stock for the knight rifles. I went to the range yesterday with just my fiber optic sights and confirmed my thoughts that I should make the investment.
