Perfect first deer for a kid.   He can brag to all of his buddies he bagged a four point yet he wont be ruined for life with some monster buck and I bet he eats just perfect.

Almost exactly what my first buck was from Wyoming. So glad I didn't kill the monsters I saw later in the trip!

My brother shot a huge 5x5 when he was 14 years old, I was sooo jealous, he hunted a few more times and hasn't hunted for decades. He was ruined! It took me years to top that buck and I've shot ones like the one in the pic more than once. No shame in shooting a legal buck.

I'm all for shooting any legal buck out there, but I think this is one buck that I would let walk. He's so young and shows so much potential to become a true bruiser, that I think I would give him that opportunity. Cute little fella.
