Twenty pounds of bologna in the smoker this morning. Beef and pork,sausage maker seasoning mix, first attempt hope it turns out.

looks like it will be delish. I made sone pepperoni sticks last weekend for the first time using Hi Mountain spices, they turned out awesome. good luck

Lots of people hate on Bologna.....I love it. The taste of a ketchup and bologna sandwich on homemade bread reminds me of wood cutting with my Dad when I was a kid. Homemade bologna would be awesome I'll bet.
