Just rubbed down a 12lb bone in butt for tomorrow evening smoke. Plus a buddy is bringing 4 farmed raised rabbits for me to smoke Sunday. Lots of TBS this weekend  :IBCOOL: Q-Veiw will be used when the smoking starts..................
