Took this nice buck Monday morning  in Tonasket. 200 yards off hand. One shot though the lungs dropped him where he stood.

Cool buck! I really like the tall and somewhat narrow bucks. That's a great buck. Is there a story to go along with it, or was he just standing next to the road?  :o

Lol...honestly, we were heading back to my buddies cabin from DNR land. On our way out I caught two bucks  out the corner of my eye, this guy and a 3x3 about 200 yards up hill on a ridge. I raised my 30.06 and dropped him with one shot. Sorry, but not really much of a story...more like dumb luck..lol

There wouldn't have been "dumb luck" if you hadn't been out in the field enjoying the sport.  Some years it just works out that way nice buck

Very true...Nothing like getting out there and experiencing what the outdoors have to offer and provide food for your family while you're at it.
