Shooter in my book. He doesn't look very haired up to me though I'd wait a bit and make sure he's the right one while you're at it

Last couple days of season it is a shooter but with 20 more days, depending on area and how much time you can hunt, I would pass. Hard call though, he is a nice goat and would make a great trophy regardless.
