stubborn trigger pins on an 870
«

Just got a used Remington 870 12 ga, but for the life of me can not get the rear trigger pin out. I've tried all sorts of pounding and poking implement combination including golf tees, chopsticks, and screws. Are there any little tricks that I may not have thought of?

Try a brass drift punch and a 1 lb. ballpeen hammer. Do not try and finesse it. One or two good whacks should do it. If it will not come out one way, turn it over and try from the other side. Sometimes they get wedged on one end from being driven back in.

By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.
Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

10-4on the drift. you want to hit all the way around it at once or it will just swell the pin.
