Lenses?
« on: December 14, 2008, 09:16:57 PM »
If a person was to go with the SLR Camera how would they know how to pick the right lense to get started with? Im thinking about taking a community college class on photography, that would probably teach me how to select lenses but im just wondering how much a good starter lens costs so i can add up costs a before i commit. I have a panasonic FZ-10 and it does takes ok pictures but as far as i can tell its pretty much point and shoot and i like what i see from other posts.
thanks.

Get the best quality that you can afford, typically the size lens you are after with the lowest f-stop, dont forget image stabilization :twocents:
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!
