Great buck. If I see a buck like that tomorrow with my Quality buck tag. Boom game over.

Well spent three days hunting and didn't chamber a round... Bucks are starting to rut and saw probably 12 bucks a day, 3 to mature bucks each day, not the biggest we saw but loved this guys backs..

That deer taste better than his deer tag, that's for sure. 190 few and far between anymore. Might as well hunt for bigfoot. Lol hehehehehe

I've drawn two late tags...who doesn't want a 190" deer going in. I don't care what unit it is, it's tough to continually pass up 170-180" deer with character. Hope too high of expectations don't get in the way of filling that quality tag. Good luck!

I would need someone to convince me not to take the 170" buck.
I get too worked up in the field.

170 is huge.....no way I pass a 170" buck. Of course I don't have a ton of big bucks on the wall.
What do you think this buck scored? I ask cause I think most are like me....they don't have a great understanding of what a 170 buck really looks like.

I'd say 155" maybe
Great width, average mass, small forks.

The trophy is in the hunt; the animal is a bonus!

I'd say that buck is 150- 160. Not a lot on the g3 but the G2's are long, mains and spread credit are decent and g4 is ok. I would shoot it:-)

On second look the g3 on the one side is better than I thought, probably in the 160's

Expectations are what keeps ya looking, he's got a room full of 160s into 180s from washington so something that scores well or trips his trigger, all in the eye of the beholder... Looking at this guy now... Hardest one to pass yet :-)
