Last set.  For some reason I love the ones with the deer in the background.

Is that a benchleg in the midst there?  That surprised me.

Nice catch....I didn't realize till your post.  Sure does look like a fat wide black tail.  This is nowhere near the PCT.....think she is lost.

I kinda wondered.   I saw that in the Twisp River once when I was a kid.  People called me a liar. :chuckle:

Yep she went east instead of west last winter and likes it better. Like they say size matters, all her boy friends are much bigger now. Her ears are way smaller than the doe above her.  :twocents:

So I take it the whole "...never go back" thing is a lie?   :chuckle:  One more conservative lady leaving the westside.  Can't hardly blame her!

That camera continues to impress me!  I just may need to pick me up one of those.  Would be a lot lighter in my pack than what I usually carry.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

I have been super impressed with this camera.... Just a little info about the shots.  I used the Auto Mode as I usually do when on my safari's.  I am never sure how much time I will have when I see critters so this assures I will at least get a shot or two.  The first set of deer were between 90 - 110 yards.  There was not cropping of the photos and it was all optical zoom.  The rams were 150 ish yards and the second set of deer were 50 yards.  The zoom is amazing and the pics turn out really nice for the most part.  I wish I knew how to use the camera to its fullest extent....
