I plan to cook some tomorrow. I soaked it in water first for a day to get some of the blood out. Its pretty good if you butcher it and cook it right. If you spill some of the glands on it though its not worth eating. That taste gets into every part of the meat and you literally have to use it as bait only. Last year my dad took steaks and cubed, floured and fried it and it was awesome!
