smoking elk
« on: November 06, 2014, 10:52:41 PM »
I'm looking for a recipe for natural smoked jerky, I have a great smoke house, but not sure what seasoning I should use? The meat is a little dry. I had to freeze it til next week, want to spend time with it while I smoke. I have apple and wild cherry wood. Meat it all sliced just need to thaw it.  Thanks
I'm a huntress.
