This is the old mountain buck I have been after for 4-5 years I have lost count
I am about ready to throw in the towel on him...once again pics are of 7pm to 3:30 am 4 consecutive years
A buck I could shot at 15 yards
One I am after now

I hate to say it, but even with the history and sentimental reasons to go after the old mountain buck... that new one is beautiful!! I'd take him 10/10 times over the other!!!
Nice job! Keep after it!

If that second one is in unit 101, you should have been in your stand on opening day!

I wasnt able to hunt opening day
I have pretty much tossed in the towel on the old buck and have concentrated on the big 6..he has traveled a long ways from his summer range. I know someone who has him on cam during the summer, but never saw him again. We compared pics and its him..he basically traveled off a mt and down and up another to where he is now its huge area he moved thru
