This guy only fishes lining/snagging areas. Being thats its dark, Id say the Cow...at the Toot confluence.

Yup, think I've actually fished with him at the toutle mouth a couple years ago, either it was him or another guy by the name of jens. 8 foot leaders was the way for them coho there though haha. It worked though in that hole.
