Barnes load data: 7RUM

Hey guys! I am about to work up a load for my friends R700 CDL in 7RUM. He bought some Barnes tsx 140 grainers and a pound of imr 7828. I currently can't find Barnes data for this combo, if someone has the Barnes manual could you please look to see if they list this combo? And if they do what the min and max charges are? If someone could help me out I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

I found that also. The weird thing is nosler book lists 89 as a max load with the 140 accubond. I thought it was kind of odd that the max would be roughly 2 grains lower in the Hodgdon book for the Barnes. Possibly because the old style Barnes didn't have the 3 grooves around the shank? But I'm not sure, I appreciate the info.

Ok from the Barnes manual #4 for 7mm Remington Ultra Mag for 140 TSX BT. For IMR7828SSC........Min.=85.0 @ 3155fps Max.=90.5 @ 3371fps
I don't know what the "SSC" means for the powder designation.
They got the most accurate loads from H4831SC
Hope this helps.

Ssc is super short cut and has the same burn rate as normal 7828. Thanks a ton! This should give me a good place to start!

Thanks again for the data. If anyone is curious, our best load ended up the max 90.5 gr of imr7828ssc, Remington brass, rem 9.5m primer, and the 140 TSX. Oal 3.60 I believe.

Max load is 89 grains. Interesting that it is different than the printed #4 Manual.

That link doesn't list 7828 for 140s as far as I can see, but we were able to work up to the max with no apparent signs of pressure yet so we should be good to go. 3 loads went just over .7 MOA, the max load right around .7 good enough to hunt id say.
