Killed in Virginia this week along the West Virginia border by a member of my hunting club.

Nope, it's a piebald, calico or pinto deer depending on what part of the country you're in.  Around here it's called a piebald deer.  Has a black nose and some color on it's forehead.  A true albino has no pigmentation, pink nose and such.

Wow.  Biggest problem there would be deciding what to do with it?  Full body mount?  That's spendy...  Head mount?  Would it be a waste?
