Yes it is  My brother shot one in PA too ! Not as big but he shot his by tracking it in the snow ...crazy how they have to hunt bears back there ..Lucky for him he had some snow

We have had some bears on our ground in PA, never shot one. Nephew got a buck on Monday though.

This guy just got back from hunting in Austria and Hungary. Killed some nice red stags and a truckload of black boar. He's invited me to join him on one of these hunts.
