Jan 17-18 Charlie Hamption Memorial Shoot 3D
«

This shoot is in memory of our good friend Charlie. A huge part of the success of our club. A hard working club member, youth 4H archery instructor, prankster, father and friend. Charlie in his younger years was an avid motorcycle trials rider. As a result he had a hard time keeping any vehicle on the proper number of tires. One of my favorite memories of Charlie is from a work party we had at the club. He got his tractor stuck with 3 wheels in the air with me hanging off it for counter ballast. He refused a pull and got out with 3 wheels in the air!

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Good to see ya at the club with your daughter DRock, as well as Dinker. Here is a pic of some other guys I shot with today. Btw the shotgun start is at 8am tomorrow so that people can get back home for the Hawks game
