Well, getting a late star but better late then never.
I had a job to finish up early on in the month and wouldn't you know it a couple of days before I was done I broke my big toe. That sounds pretty insignificant but it makes for a slow go of it getting about.
I have to admit with the price structure of furs sliding fast I'm finding it hard to get motivated too.
Upshot of it is I'm not working very hard at it but I do have some new traps to test so there will be a few trap line pics.
Had some traps out for about a week now.

Something I never had happen before. This beaver was caught in a pond with a thick deposit of rotting alder leaves on the bottom. With the new traps its feet went through the mesh and were down in this muck. Two day check and its feet were slipping. Did not affect the fur as it was above the muck.
