tanning/fleshing question

Hi guys I just downed my second coyote an was interested in trying tanning my hide. What tools would you use for fleshing? Would a spoon work?

I have a necker 600 and another smaller tool for fleshing if you would like to use them,

Power washer is the way to go. Eats the fat right off. Did a coon today in 15 min

I've been wondering the same thing...do you guys attach it to a piece of plywood or something?
