bird report Othello/royal city/mattawa area
« on: January 09, 2015, 12:23:24 PM »
Not looking for spots or anything but just wondering if anyone has hunted the central Columbia basin this week and if so, how it went? Darn work didn't let me scout this week and with the late Hawks game, I am only hunting tomorrow morning with no windshield time prior.

We have been upper river from bb bridge to brewster and it has been very slow. We have been scratching 4-8 birds a trip.
Amaizing how antlers can change a person!!

I have only been seeing a few ducks and lots of geese here in the valley too. Hoping this week of warmer weather might have ramped the birds up a bit.
