Sakoshooter & Jennyfell55 Bluebill Hunting
« on: January 10, 2015, 05:23:40 PM »
I finally talked her into joining me for some duck hunting. 6 drake bluebills in just over an hour. She shot the first single, me the second and then we doubled twice(both hitting one each out of a flock twice). She's a heck of a shot on fast targets. We shot less than 10 shells for 6 birds.

Nice shooting!  I have to confess though, I do a better job at supporting ammo manufacturers. :bash:

Way to go Mark

Dont look like I will be getting out after ducks any more this season, but I hope we can hook up next year and get my boat out on the big water for some duck hunting.

Too bad Pete. I was hoping for some diver hunting from a luxury rig like yours.

Took a young lady out myself for some big C divers. Stayed close and the numbers were good. Explored a hobo camp, drank crappy cocoa, filled a gatorade jug with fishing gear, and wiki learned that some folks prefer a goose neck over toilet paper for booty duty. Go figure

Fantastic!! So happy to see someone else taking women duck hunting! Looks like a great day!! I think I'd stick with the tp instead of a goose neck  :yike:

Bryon, I like the orange glove your daughter is wearing. Does that lure in the bluebills?
Glad to see you two had a good time.

Well heck! Maybe if we'd worn some orange we could have had our limits in 30 minutes!  :chuckle:
