This one came as a .50cal/12g shotgun combo kit. I built the .50cal up and already have it sold. So now the next project is to finish up the 12g and get her ready for grouse season.
I did a ton of polishing on the lock internals as well as the triggers. I added a heavy duty trigger spring so when you squeeze it, there's no squeeze, its just is firm and then snaps like a piece of thin glass.
Rear sight is one of my favorites off a Marlin/Savage/Winchester 3030. I like to go to the first notch, sight in dead on at 100 yards and typically, you can you that elevator sight out to 200 yards. It just all depends on your load and how you have it sighted in.
I have one more stock to do, a CVA Frontier with maple stock and some custom engraving, so that to will eventually get fitted with a barrel and re-worked.
