Domkey lake
« on: February 07, 2015, 04:15:12 PM »
I want to take the wife to Domkey lake. This spring to go fishing. How is the fishing there and camping? A buddy of mine said they killed a rattle snake by the dock on chelan by the trail to the lake. Also how far of a hike from chelan to the lake is it.

Domke Lake is only 3.5 miles away from Lake Chelan. Camp at Refrigerator Harbor and hike up or try to get a cabin at the Domke Lake Resort. Better yet pack all your gear and food and get the seaplane to drop you of onto Domke Lake. That is an interesting landing and takeoff :yike:  then hike down and catch the Lady of the Lake to get back out of there. :dunno:
