Haven't been able to run for about a month due to knee pains, but they finally are mostly gone.  I tried to run Monday morning, but immediately my sciatic started hurting really bad in my left cheek, so I only made it about a mile.  I've been putting in an hour on the Air Dyne daily and it doesn't hurt.  Neither does the bike commute to work, but I sure do hate these old age pains that are getting out of hand!!  I would like to do a loaded pack hike one of these days if you guys are in....Maybe Sunday morning before the Superbowl?

I'm out for a bit for the weighted hikes, as I'm currently frameless!  But I'm sure I'll find myself running badger Sunday morning.

Sorry to hear about your TMB syndrome Dave!

Could be talked into a loaded pack/hike, but running is still out for me.  Either day...early, say 7:00?

Sounds like Shawn and I are tentatively on for the Horse Heaven trailhead off Mcbee Sunday morning @ 7:00 (light pack hike).  If anyone else is interested, the more the merrier!

I'll be in Wenatchee all weekend or I'd be up for a hike with you guys, enjoy!

If you head through Kiona on Weber Canyon road about 1/2 mile out take a right onto McBee road.  Go another ~1/2 mile and the parking area is on the left.  There are a couple of trails that take off from there.  It looks like it may be raining, but hopefully not until later in the morning.  If we start at 7:00 or so, we should be back to the cars within a couple of hours, depending on what path we take.  Come on out if your around.

Going to head up Badger tomorrow with 100 pounds around 730 if anyone wants to go. 100 pounds is NOT A REQUIREMENT. 😂😜
