Review on the Summit Viper SS?

Just came across a great deal on one of these. I should be picking it up tomorrow or Tues. Anyone have experience with them? Whats your review of it?
It will be my first stand (finally) haha.

I own one and bought one for my cousin. they are awesome.... Quiet, Light and easy to use. I have owned a couple. A steel rivvers edge foling that was loud, creaked hevy and hard to pack, and a API that was OK but i liked my Viper better... I left the API with a buddy in Kansas.
